A growing space for children and caregivers rooted in intergenerational emotional wellness, storytelling, creativity, and embodied resilience.

We help children explore their feelings, imagination, and experiences through storytelling, movement, creativity, and play. By connecting stories with the body, children learn to express themselves, build confidence in their voice, and understand emotions in gentle and meaningful ways.
We believe children grow best in caring and connected communities. Through shared activities, meaningful connection, reflection, and relationship-building, we create spaces where children and caregivers feel supported, seen, safe, and encouraged to grow together.
We believe every child deserves access to care, wellness, joy, and healing. We center culturally rooted, inclusive, and community-based practices that help children feel valued, supported, and connected to themselves, their families, and their communities.
Soulstice Kids is a community resource library dedicated to supporting the whole child β their feelings, their stories, their bodies, and their imaginations. We believe emotional wellness isn't a curriculum. It's a way of being.
Through gentle tools, seasonal rituals, and craft ideas, we offer caregivers and children a space to slow down, feel deeply, and grow together.

Soulstice Kids extends its roots to families even before birth. Discover how we support the earliest seasons of life.
Small gatherings, big impact. Let's build something meaningful together.

We created this community meal service as both an ode to birthing people and a reflection of my love for food as medicine. I have crafted hundreds of nourishing meals and herbal blends to support individuals across the full spectrum of the perinatal journey. When you donate, you help offset our sliding scale modelβmaking these nutrient-rich, love-filled meals accessible to low-income families. We partner with local co-ops and gardens to provide organic, homemade offerings. Each meal is prepared and blessed by my hands with deep intention and care. Whether you are preparing to welcome new life or healing your body after birth and/or miscarriage, this is food designed to hold you. Let food be thy medicine.
When you support birthing people, you support families and generations.

We're happy to help and look forward to connecting with you and your little ones!

We honor Waawiyatanong (βwhere the waters curveβ), so called Detroit, as the ancestral and living homeland of the Anishinaabe peoplesβincluding the Ojibwe, Odawa, and Potawatomiβand the Wyandot Nation, holding this land and water in reverence while acknowledging the genocide, ethnic cleansing, and ongoing settler colonial violence endured here, and honoring Indigenous sovereignty, survival, and the healing wisdom of Indigenous peoples who continue to care for this land.
